Rtn Ravi Kumar Madabhushi, the Founder of Lotus School and visionary behind of Raghav Foundation, is deeply committed to imparting quality and meaningful education that integrates 21st-century skills, values, and ethics. His mission is to prepare young minds for real-life challenges by fostering holistic development and empowering individuals to contribute to society, the nation, and the world.
With over 27 years of expertise in the education management industry, he is a distinguished academician, administrator, planner, and mentor. His extensive experience includes business planning, establishing state-of-the-art schools, educational technology, training delivery, administration, and guiding school entrepreneurs.
He has successfully built multiple schools under the umbrella of Raghav Foundation and has helped numerous educational entrepreneurs establish their institutions. His expertise covers every aspect of school establishment, from conceptualization to execution, including infrastructure planning, academic and administrative strategy, financial planning, and market positioning.
Beyond his contributions to education, he is a certified career guidance counselor, holds a Master’s in Commerce from Osmania University, and a Bachelor’s in Education. He served as president of the Rotary Club of Jubilee Hills 3150, and the club was awarded the Best Club and Best President in the district during his leadership in 2022-2023.
He is also an author, having written an eBook titled “Unlock the Secrets to Be the Best Version of Yourself!”, further reflecting his dedication to personal and professional growth.
